It's really close to London's popular sightseeings, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The hotel is situated on a nice square, adding to its charm and creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests. The staff provides attentive service, ensuring that all basic amenities are provided in the rooms. I particularly liked the clean bathroom, and the bed that got narrower towards the window added a unique touch to the room.

Helpful staff with check-in process and WiFi assistance. Refurbishment underway for improvements. Conveniently close to tube station.

The hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk from Kings Cross railway station and close to the metro and train stations. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities were adequate for our needs.
